Welcome to Market Pop AI. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Market Pop AI website, mobile applications, and the products, services, content, and resources available through them (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service in any way, you represent that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms, that you are of legal age to form a binding contract, and that you are not barred from using the Service under applicable law. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Service.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Market Pop AI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your own personal or internal business purposes. You may not resell, sublicense, or otherwise make the Service available to third parties except as permitted by the Service.

To access certain features, you must register an account and provide true, accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You may not share your account or create an account using a false identity. Administrators are responsible for user accounts and activity within their workspace.

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes; (b) generate, upload, or publish content that infringes third-party rights, is defamatory, or violates platform policies; (c) attempt to access, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service; (d) misuse social media integrations or violate third-party platform terms; or (e) interfere with other users’ use of the Service.

You retain ownership of the content, brands, campaigns, and materials you submit or generate through the Service. You grant Market Pop AI a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, use, and process your content solely to provide and improve the Service. You are solely responsible for your content and for ensuring you have the rights to use it.

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate marketing content, strategies, and insights. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing and editing any AI-generated material before publishing. Market Pop AI does not guarantee the performance or results of any content created through the Service.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. If you subscribe to a paid feature, your subscription automatically renews for additional periods of the same duration at Market Pop AI’s then-current fees unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time through your account settings; cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current period except where required by law.

The Service may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., social media networks, analytics tools). Your use of those integrations is subject to the third parties’ terms and policies. Market Pop AI is not responsible for third-party conduct or availability. You are responsible for authorizing and revoking access to your connected accounts.

Certain features support event registration, accelerator applications, and funder registration. Submitting a registration or application does not guarantee acceptance. Organizers and administrators may approve, decline, or remove registrations at their discretion. Event-specific terms may apply and are presented during registration.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Market Pop AI may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure for us, or for any other reason with notice where appropriate. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases; we may retain information as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that results will be accurate or reliable. Any reliance on the Service is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Market Pop AI and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold Market Pop AI harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Market Pop AI operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You and Market Pop AI consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction for disputes arising from these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
