This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you access our website, mobile applications, or any of our products and services (collectively, the “Service”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Service. Defined terms not defined here have the meaning given in our Terms of Service.
2.Information We Collect
2.1 Information you provide. When you create an account, register for an event, apply to an accelerator program, or register as a funder, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, job title, organization, industry, location, country of origin, LinkedIn URL, headshot, professional bio, and any answers you provide in onboarding or application forms.
2.2 Information from your use. We collect information generated as you use the Service, such as the brands, campaigns, content, and scheduled posts you create, social media connections you authorize, performance data, and engagement metrics.
2.3 Automatically collected information. We and our service providers may collect device, browser, usage, and log data, including IP address, device identifiers, and interaction data, using cookies and similar technologies.
2.4 Information from third parties. When you connect a social media account (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X/Twitter), we receive the access tokens, profile information, and permissions you authorize, and we may retrieve content and analytics from those platforms on your behalf.

4.How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with: (a) service providers and subprocessors who support our operations (e.g., cloud hosting, email delivery, AI model providers, analytics); (b) social media platforms when you direct us to publish content; (c) event organizers and accelerator administrators for registrations and applications you submit; (d) authorities or third parties when required by law or to protect our rights. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, information may be transferred subject to confidentiality.
5.Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Scheduled posts, content, and analytics are retained until you delete them or your account. See our User Data Deletion page for how to request deletion.
6.Data Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encrypted password hashing and restricted access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
