Founder & CEO
Established 1980 Inc.
Estelle is a GRAMMY Award-winning artist, songwriter, and cultural force whose reach spans music, wellness, and brand building. Born in the UK to Senegalese and Grenadian parents, and now splitting time between London and Los Angeles, Estelle occupies a rare position, a globally recognized creative voice with genuine roots in African and Caribbean diaspora culture and a natural instinct for business. Known internationally for "American Boy" and a catalog that moves across R&B, Afrobeats, and soul, Estelle has spent the last few years quietly laying the groundwork for what comes next. She is currently developing a wellness beverage brand built around a recipe she has made by hand for years. A sorrel and hibiscus drink tied to West African cultural heritage, naturally sweetened with agave, no refined sugar, and positioned at the intersection of health, culture, and community. This is not a celebrity putting her name on someone else's product. It is a founder-built brand with a real origin story, a proprietary recipe, and a clear path to exit. Estelle is entering the consumer beverage space at exactly the right moment. Authenticity and cultural grounding are the most valuable assets a brand can carry right now, and she brings both along with a global platform, a loyal audience, and a founding brand partner in DAP Collective building it properly from day one.

HEARD (Human-Enabled A.I. Reporting and Documentation
After experiencing nine pregnancy losses, Rachell Dumas finally welcomed her son into the world. Six months later, she began experiencing stroke-like symptoms and progressive vision loss. Despite being a registered nurse, she was repeatedly dismissed and initially misdiagnosed with a stomach bug. The delayed diagnosis ultimately resulted in two brain surgeries and multiple venous stents for Idiopathic Intracranial Hypertension. Rather than allowing those experiences to define her, Rachell transformed them into a mission to change healthcare for others. She founded HEARD (Human-Enabled AI Reporting & Documentation), an AI-powered patient advocacy platform that helps patients document concerns, navigate healthcare systems, communicate more effectively with providers, and escalate care issues before harm occurs. Today, Rachell is a nurse innovator, healthcare entrepreneur, speaker, and advocate working at the intersection of healthcare, artificial intelligence, and patient safety. She has secured angel investment funding for HEARD, spoken nationally on healthcare innovation and health equity, and has been featured by Women's Health, CNBC, The Business Journals, and Johnson & Johnson's See You Now campaign. Founder & CEO
ESP.earth
Kerry C. Duggan is a nationally recognized policy leader, strategist, founder, corporate board director, and global public speaker with over two decades of experience at the vital intersection of environmental stewardship and economic development. She specializes in translating complex policy into execution, breaking down the silos that prevent markets and governments from acting at speed. In 2017, Kerry founded ESP.earth, a strategic advisory firm counseling CEOs, boards, investors, and public-sector leaders on energy, resilience, and complex system strategy. She operates in high-stakes environments where execution risk is paramount. She serves on the corporate boards of Perma-Fix (NASDAQ: PESI) and BlueGreen Water Technologies, and on several clean tech advisory boards as well as Arctaris Impact Investors and Commonweal Ventures. She was previously a Partner at the firm of Hon. Tom Ridge. Kerry’s career is anchored by service at the highest levels of the U.S. government. At the White House, she served as energy, environment & climate advisor to Vice President Joe Biden and as the deputy of President Obama's Detroit Federal Working Group (2010-2016). There, she helped coordinate 20+ federal agencies, proving execution at scale is possible under extreme constraints by prioritizing community engagement over top-down approaches. At the U.S. Department of Energy, she held senior roles including Director of Legislative, Regulatory & Urban Affairs, and served on the Secretary of Energy Advisory Board under Secretary Granholm. A three-time appointee of Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer, Kerry serves on the Michigan Council on Climate Solutions and the inaugural Detroit Women’s Commission, as well as the board of Alliance for the Great Lakes. Her work today is driven by this core thesis: the Great Lakes, anchored by Detroit, represent a unique region of long-term stability. As market and physical risks reshape migration patterns, Kerry advances a deliberate strategy to ensure growth strengthens communities rather than displacing them. A former Division I basketball player at St. John’s and the University of Vermont, Kerry earned her B.S. from UVM and her M.S. from the University of Michigan, where she now has a faculty appointment at the School for Environment and Sustainability. She was the one coaches wanted on the court when the team was down with only seconds on the clock. Not much has changed.
